Chief Detective/OIC John Bruno

Detective John Bruno (Ret)-PresidentJohn has 33 years of federal, state and local law enforcement experience and retired as the Office in Charge of the Duncannon Borough Police Dept. Detective Bruno has received numerous awards and commendations for police service including the Pennsylvania FOP State Lodge award for valor. Detective Bruno is an US Army veteran and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in the Administration of Justice from Kensington University.

Chief Anthony (Tony) Kuklinski

 

Anthony Kuklinski-Secretary. Chief Kuklinski has served state and local law enforcement since 1984 as a trainer, supervisor, and is currently the Chief of a municipal police department. Chief Kuklinski has vast experience in drug law enforcement and criminal investigation and is a successful grant writer having secured over $150,000 dollars in assistance for the municipalities where he served as a law enforcement officer. Chief Kuklinski has a attended the Pennsylvania State Attorney General’s Office TOPGUN Course, the Pennsylvania State University POSIT AND POLEX Professional Development Courses.

James F. Albrecht

James F. Albrecht is presently working as a graduate professor of homeland security at Pace University in New York and as professor of criminal justice at the University of New Haven in Connecticut.  He has held a number of professional positions including Police Chief of Criminal Investigations in the joint European Union/USA (EULEX) Police in Kosovo (former Yugoslavia). He retired as NYPD Captain and regional commander after serving 22 years, the first two of which were as an auxiliary police officer. Jimmy served three years as graduate professor of criminal justice leadership at St. John’s University in New York and is completing his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice at the University of   New Haven. He possesses separate Masters Degrees in History; Human Physiology, and Criminal Justice. He is the co-author and editor of the new book “Effective Crime Reduction Strategies: International Perspectives” and has written many other

publications dealing with law enforcement, community policing, emergency incident response, legal history, crime reduction strategies, and terrorism.Jimmy has also conducted many interviews and presentations involving his first hand experiences at the World Trade Center attacks on 11 September 2001.
